Payments

We will inform you when your application has been successful.  Tuition fees for all English language programmes must then be paid in full before we issue you your unconditional offer.

Methods of Payment

Payments can be made by one of the following methods:

    • A cheque in £ (pounds) sterling made payable to East Durham College
    • A bankers draft made payable to East Durham College
    • Visa or MasterCard, by providing the following information:
      • Card Type (Mastercard, Visa etc)
      • Cardholder Account Number
      • Name and Initial (exactly as they appear on the card)
      • Valid From Date
      • Expires End Date
      • Security Number
      • Card Issue Number (only valid on UK issued Maestro & Solo cards)
      • Billing Name (Name on Statement)
      • Billing Address (Address on Statement)
      • Contact Telephone Number
      • Student Name
      • Course Name
  • By electronic bank transfer using the following details (PLEASE WRITE STUDENT NAME and number if applicable ON BANK DETAILS):

When transferring money to us by electronic bank transfer, we would be grateful if you could send us a copy of the receipt given to you by the bank as proof of your payment so that we are able to follow this up with our Finance Department.
